Standards
I recently got feedback from a guest which got me thinking about what value we bring to the market (and the world). The guest was in one of our smaller queen rooms and felt that the space was not what she thought it should be. They wanted high-high end and said they would pay way more for it. We had some conversation back and forth, as I am always open to hearing the thoughts of others and using it to improve. Having a conversation of mutual respect, we were both able to get a positive result, leaving the conversation understanding more than we had prior. We left the conversation agreeing that the spaces at Bay Breeze House are not designer curated, yet still high-end and thoughtful.
The purpose of sharing these spaces is to offer something affordable for single or doubles. A safe and cozy place to visit family, friends, or have a new adventure close to the beach and bay. Value is a purpose here, but it is not without the highest cleaning standard, choices of suites and rooms with shared or private bath. Thoughtfulness about comfort and safety are priorities here. You can stay at one of a few LBI hotels for $500 plus a night and not get the level of standard here.
Security lock and keyed lock for each room.
All of the cleaned linens are stored in plastic bags, keeping them clean and fresh. Comforters are changed and washed with EVERY guest.
What do you get for your money? The list is long, bear with me…
